What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for weddings, private parties, birthday celebrations, charity events, corporate functions and any occasion where a great bar is needed. No event is too big or too small.
What bar setups do you offer?
We have three main options: our hugely popular vintage bars (perfect for rustic or country-style events), a high gloss black bar (ideal for cocktail bars, 1920s themes and contemporary settings), and The Drinking Trough — a converted vintage horse trailer that works brilliantly as a cocktail, champagne or full bottle bar.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Herefordshire and primarily cover a 50-mile radius, but we're always happy to travel further for the right event. Just get in touch and we'll make it work.
Can you create a custom drinks menu for my event?
Absolutely. We work with you to design a bespoke drinks menu including cocktails, mocktails and special requests. From arrival drinks like Pimm's and Bucks Fizz to signature cocktails like Espresso Martinis — we'll tailor everything to your tastes.
What's included in the service?
We handle everything: bar setup and breakdown, professional staff, glassware, biodegradable cups, and all necessary equipment. We also coordinate drink service timing for key moments like toasts and welcome drinks.

What venues can you set up in?
We can set up in marquees, village halls, private properties, tipi tents and more. As long as there's enough space and access to power, we can make it work.
